I’m a warm, non-judgemental therapist who’s creative and collaborative in session. At the heart of it, I believe the goal of therapy is psychological change: what are the patterns holding you back from living your most meaningful life? I use a variety of approaches including psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems, and Compassion-Focused Therapy.
