I’ll invite you to stay curious as we explore at a pace that feels safe and natural. You are the expert of your own life— I am simply here to help create space for new possibilities to emerge. I work primarily with children of immigrant parents, intergenerational trauma, and inner child work.

My hope is that you learn to build a more trusting, compassionate relationship with yourself—one rooted in confidence, self-awareness, and choice. As you strengthen your ability to sit with and process uncomfortable emotions, your inner healer grows. Avoidance may offer temporary comfort, but your inner healer has the capacity to create lasting change.
