I have always been fascinated by the “why” underlying human behaviour and from a very young age felt a natural inclination to listen closely and understand people on a deep level. This instinct led me to complete my graduate Social Work education and expanded into my dream career of being a Psychotherapist.
From many years of human services work in a beloved First Nations community to decades of experience in the field of mental health and addictions, I am a forever learner and lover of all life adventures.
