But knowing doesn't always fix those exhausting patterns. Because they often rest in the body. And if the body has been on guard for a long time, it's still trying to protect you in the only way it knows how.

So we go past insight, into what your body's still holding onto. That's where brainspotting, somatic, and focusing-oriented therapy come in, getting underneath what your mind understands but your body hasn't released. Fifteen years in women's health, lived experience, and holistic nutrition training mean I know this territory in the body, not the textbook.

We meet on Fridays, 3 to 4:30pm, and yes, we get into cases and the business side too, but the real focus is on you: how your own nervous system shows up in the room, and what you need to show up well for your clients.
