Hi, I am Krista. Before anything else, I just want to say: sometime's life is not where we want it to be, and that is hard. Specifically for women. But it doesn't have to stay that way! There are tools you and I can use to manage and let go. That anxiety, or the pain you hold from that relationship ending.
