I work with intuitive, self-aware women who weren’t shown how to have a real relationship with themselves. The caretakers, empaths, high achievers, & “never good enough” people-pleasers. You’ve been working hard to keep it all together, but somewhere along the way, you lost touch with who you are at your core and feel like your authenticity is missing. When you try to slow down, it can feel scary, there’s so much inside. Overwhelm, shame..I know those feelings well. Yet your body quietly whispers for rest, ease, and a gentler way of being. It wants to be known, understood, & to feel like it truly belongs in the world around you.
I offer somatic and relational therapy, blending intuition, evidence, and a lot of heart. Using many tools, I help uncover childhood wounds, release emotions held in the body, and soften the grip of past traumas. Together, we explore how your body and nervous system guide you, transform relationships, and help you embody your fullest, most genuine self.
