The goal of our sessions will be to foster resiliency and gain healthy coping strategies.
My role is to help you understand these reactions with compassion rather than judgment, and to guide you in slowly rebuilding trust in yourself—with steadiness, care, and someone who truly understands the chaos beneath the surface. I use an integrative approach tailored to meet individuals' needs, as there is no "one size fits all" in therapy.
