I work with adults, teenagers, and couples and provide treatment for a wide range of issues, from anxiety and depression to relationship-building. My work reflects my training in EFT, ACT, and mindfulness; I also draw from all the various experiences of my life—from being a dad and partner, to the loss of loved ones, to training as a Zen monk in Japan.
