My passion is helping individuals journey from anxiety and fear to passion and purpose. Stress, anxiety, depression, trauma. I'm a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor, certified in Trauma Recovery, Suicide Intervention, and Grief Support, and a Certified Stress Management Consultant. As a skilled and insightful therapist, I listen deeply and respectfully to your concerns. Through client-centred, holistic counselling, I help you heal the root cause of your anxiety or depression.
I use scientifically proven mind-body techniques like EFT-Tapping, HeartMath and Mindfulness, and other holistic methods such as guided imagery and therapeutic art to support you in creating a life with greater meaning, purpose, and fulfillment.
