I am especially passionate about working with clients witch childhood and attachment trauma. Trauma often does not mean a big scary event, but can be about subtle, repetitive experiences that erode our sense of self in different ways. Anger, anxiety, OCD, DID, CPTSD are some of the ways these experiences can manifest in adulthood.

I believe in the capacity of each person to experience balance and fulfillment, and I strive to help you achieve that potential. I predominantly utilize Schema Focused therapy, trauma-informed, attachment-informed therapy, and ACT. Ultimately, I believe in combining approaches and techniques to suit you.

I have a multicultural, diverse perspective, and appreciate individuality in all its facets. I believe the relationship between client and practitioner to be a continuous, mutual learning experience, based on trust and empathy.
