Hello and welcome! My name is Kirsty and I have worked in the mental health field since 2013. I am currently working with adults 19 and older in BC. My areas of practice include the following: anxiety and/or panic, depression/mood disorders, stress and burnout, substance use, communication, boundaries, and grief and loss. Whether you are navigating life transitions, dealing with stress, or seeking personal growth, my approach is to work collaboratively with you and to help you set your counselling goals.
I strongly believe in focusing on the strengths of each individual. I will provide a supportive, confidential space for you to explore your experiences. I will collaborate with you to make a personalized plan with your goals. With your permission, I will send you a therapeutic letter after each session to highlight our work together.
