More intentional, more aligned, more reflective of who you actually want to be.

I work best with clients who are curious about themselves and open to being challenged. My style is direct, strategic, and collaborative. We don’t stay at the surface. We look at patterns, close the gap between goals and actions, and focus on realistic steps that lead to meaningful change.
