I can support you in finding the comfort you are looking for.
I approach all concerns from a client-centered, integrative and holistic lens, with the intention of helping people to feel empowered and heard. Not believing in a one-size-fits-all approach, I will collaboratively work with you to create an individualized care plan, using a variety of therapeutic techniques that will work best for you.
I bring unconditional support, empathy, and compassion to my practice. My commitment to you is to help create positive change, and provide tools for you to enhance your perspective and insight.
