Currently accepting new clients. Would you like help to find relief and an overall sense of lightness? Whether you believe your life challenges to be major or minor ones, including a specific event or a reoccurring thought pattern(s) that you want help with to enable change, we can work together on your journey to reach a state of optimal functioning. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and bring with me a current perspective of today's counselling approaches, along with a passion for helping others move beyond feeling stuck while staying true to their core values and goals.
I promote a warm and non-judgmental environment, safe for self-exploration to develop effective coping techniques and awareness. Teens, pre-teens, adults, and couples who are facing a variety of challenges in life are my focus. Transitions through separation and divorce, sexual and intimacy concerns, anxiety, and depression are areas of specialty.
I believe that all people possess the strength to push through even the most difficult times, learn from their life experiences, and reach a state of flourishing. I welcome the opportunity to get to know you and explore your counselling goals in a safe and nonjudgmental environment. Into our sessions, I will bring empathy, humour, and an open heart.
