As a mental health counsellor, I am able to offer guidance and coaching towards managing life transitions, bolstering personal growth and self esteem, and exploring solutions for regulating anxiety, depression and stress. Some of my areas of interest include identity discovery, relationships, parenting, life transitions, grief and caregiver support. I am a Registered Professional Counsellor Provisional with the Canadian Professional Counselling Association. As an apprenticing counsellor who is practicing under a Registered Master Clinical Supervisor, I am able to offer quality sessions at a reduced rates to my clients. My education and lived experience offers a safe place for all my clients.
