About
As a registered psychologist who has worked with people from all walks of life, I am consistently struck by the resilience and strength of the human character. Yet, I also recognize the immense vulnerability that can come from reaching out and asking for help. Thus, it is with a deep sense of respect and care that I approach the therapeutic relationship and the important work we do. As such, my intention is to provide you with a warm, safe, and relaxed environment where we work through the issues that matter most to you.
I am particularly passionate about working with clients who are experiencing shame (we all do, from time to time), as I see this as being at the heart of many of the challenges we face. That said, I am confident that through our work and relationship we can help you meet your therapy goals and fulfill your personal needs; we are in this together.
I believe that the goodness of fit between a client and therapist is key - this is, after all, a relationship founded on trust and openness. So, please contact me via phone (call or text) for a free 15 minute consultation where we can further discuss your concerns and how we might work together.
