I am honoured that you are interested in my services and I would like to tell you a little bit about myself. I have been a counsellor for 29 years, and although I specialize in working with youth and young adults, I am comfortable working with adults of any age. I have been described as slightly non-conventional in the counselling world, which suits me perfectly, and also tends to suit the people I am privileged to work with who are trying to stand up to the force of the problems in their life. I primarily use Narrative therapy in my work, but I am trained in many modalities (such as: CBT, DBT, SFBT, MST).
