I have over 15 years of experience working in mental health settings. I support individuals and couples who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship and life challenges and provide perinatal therapy across the reproductive stages including trying to conceive, coping with loss, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting.
With a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed approach, we will collaboratively explore the challenges you may be experiencing and build strategies to assist you in making positive changes.
