Kiran helps individuals understand their emotional health and well-being through modalities including Dialectic Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), as well as Trauma-Informed Practices, such as Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Attachment, Self-Regulation and Competency (ARC).
Kiran is committed to empowering others to help themselves develop insight and skills to become their own therapist. When she is not working, Kiran is enjoying her time with her children and family, and continuing her professional development through a doctoral program in clinical psychology.
