I'm here to help you with your unexpected challenges in your life so that you can live a life that is in line with YOUR values.
To help you along this journey, we'll focus on your strengths as we work through your challenging experiences. We will explore difficult thoughts and feelings that may feel like they are hooking you away from the life you want to live. I aim to make the therapeutic process a healing one. Together we can begin to write a brighter ending to your life's story.
