Have you ever felt unsure of who you are? Or felt lost or alone in dealing with feelings of loss, depression, or anxiety? Trauma and stressful life events can change us; an experience where we can't even recognize ourselves. Issues surrounding gender identity or sexuality can at times bring about feelings of being alone in the world. At times, it may feel like we cannot connect with our bodies in a loving way. I'm here to help you with your unexpected challenges in your life so that you can live a life that is in line with YOUR values.
To help you along this journey, we'll focus on your strengths as we work through your challenging experiences. We will explore difficult thoughts and feelings that may feel like they are hooking you away from the life you want to live. I aim to make the therapeutic process a healing one. Together we can begin to write a brighter ending to your life's story.
Life's waves can be chaotic at times. A supportive and compassionate therapist can help you ride those waves. Queer and neurodivergent folx are always welcome! All are welcome to meet with me for a consultation! Together we can guide you to calmer waters. Please check your junk folder for any response.
