A virtual group for those who are new to writing, who enjoy writing, or even those who have written in the past! In this closed group (max. 7 participants), we will explore through therapeutic writing exercises and skills what self-compassion means to you and how to incorporate it more in your life to create a greater sense of well-being. Therapeutic Writing for Self-Compassion will offer a nonjudgmental, mindful space to explore themes of self-compassion in your life and how to embody it more actively.
