I provide teens 14+ and adults a collaborative space to process and move through their past, current and anticipated obstacles. Together, we will build your tool kit of practical skills to use in situations that we have determined you could use some help navigating. My approach is more than just talking, instead I focus on helping clients develop skills and confidence to utilize helpful skills outside of therapy. We’ll create a clear action plan and develop personalized strategies to help you manage stress, improve communication, set strong boundaries, and regulate emotions with confidence.
My passion for helping others is rooted in my commitment to sharing the knowledge I’ve gained through my Master’s in Counselling Psychology and my personal life. I use evidence-based techniques tailored to your unique goals and needs, ensuring the strategies we explore are both effective and grounded in research to support your growth and well-being.
As your therapist, my goal is to empower you with practical strategies for everyday challenges. I have experience supporting clients through life transitions, chronic pain, grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationships. In a non-judgmental space, we’ll work together to find solutions and skills to help you feel control again your life.
