I work with teens, adults, and seniors in a collaborative space to process past, current and anticipated obstacles. I am highly compassionate, observant and attentive to my clients unique needs, strengths, and experiences. My approach is more than just talk therapy, together we’ll collaborate on a clear action plan based on your goals for the future and develop personalized strategies to help you manage stress, improve communication, uphold boundaries, and regulate your emotions with confidence.

My approach is compassionate and rooted in my commitment in sharing the knowledge I’ve gained through my personal life and my Master’s with Distinction in Counselling Psychology. I am an empathetic and observant listener who provides my client's with evidence-based techniques and personalized tools tailored to each client's unique goals and perspectives.
