I specialize in sex therapy, relationship issues (couples & marriage) and complex trauma. I work extensively with individuals and couples with unfulfilling sexual relationships and trauma.
I help individuals & couples who feel stuck— with sexual concerns, communication & conflict, relationship issues, infidelity and childhood trauma & PTSD. Our work is focused on helping you overcome the emotional disconnect.
We will collaborate to let go of the shame surrounding your sex life, to heal your trauma and to be yourself again—My practice is grounded in healing attachment wounds and helping you become more than your negative belief.
I am a Marriage & Family Therapy, AASEcT Certified sex therapist, and I use Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, EMDR and IFS to work with trauma, relationship & sexual concerns. I have extensive training in complex trauma & PTSD treatment to work will all types of trauma, relationship issues and sexual challenges.
