I am a Certified Level 3 Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist who meets with individuals who are impacted by relational struggles. Areas I focus on include infidelity, anxiety, shame, guilt, frustration, grief and loss, betrayal trauma, depression, stress, and addiction. I support individuals who struggle with trust, communication, and moving through internal critical and judgmental thoughts and feelings.

I provide therapy for individuals and couples who are in pursuit of self-awareness, acceptance, healing, and wholeness. My relational approach creates space to honour each person, story, and process. Whether the struggle you hold comes from issues from family of origin, from romantic or platonic relationships, or from specific events, I can help you.
