As a humanistic and existentially oriented therapist, I believe every individual holds an innate drive toward growth—even amidst pain. I work with children, youth, and adults, many of whom are navigating the challenges of cultural identity, emotional overwhelm, intergenerational trauma, or difficult life transitions.
As someone deeply attuned to the lived experiences of first- and second-generation immigrants, I recognize how cultural expectations, silence around emotion, and identity conflicts can weigh heavily—especially when you’re trying to find your place in two worlds.
My clinical approach weaves together existential therapy, narrative therapy, TF-CBT, and other evidence-based practices like CBT and EFT. Whether you're a child working through trauma, a young adult exploring your voice, or a parent trying to break cycles, I aim to hold a safe, creative space where your story can unfold—and be rewritten on your own terms.
