I work predominately with issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety/stress, self-esteem, anger, relationships, divorce, career dissatisfaction and grief/loss. My goal is to create a safe space which is respectful, insightful and supportive.
I provide individual and family counselling. I work with adults, children and teens. I incorporate strategies such as Cognitive-Behavioural therapy, EMDR, among others. When working with children and teens, I incorporate play based strategies. The foundation of my work is person-centered.
My passion to help others led me to my career as a counsellor. My recent book is an extension of this passion. My book will especially help those feeling stuck when it comes to relationships.
