I offer online psychotherapy to individual teens (16+) and adults, and couples dealing with anxiety, depression, overwhelm, dysregulation, substance abuse, self-harm, suicidal ideation, justice-involvement, and relational issues. I also support burned-out individuals, and allies affected by the physical and/or mental health challenges of others.

Mental Health First Aid is a 9-hour, evidence-based certification course designed to provide you with the tools to support those experiencing declining mental well-being or crises. It covers responses to issues like anxiety, depression, substance use, panic attacks, and suicidal ideation. Offered virtually or in-person.
