When everyday life stressors are feeling overwhelming and impacting your ability to enjoy life, individual counselling can be really helpful as a step to figuring out a path forward. When feeling overwhelmed as an individual, this often impacts our relationships which is why I also offer couple and parenting sessions.
Relationships are hard and none of them come with an instruction manual. Often we end up feeling disconnected or misunderstood by our partner. Together we can work to identify habits and patterns that have led to your current struggles. Using the Gottman method I will help you learn new communication and connection strategies. Figuring out how to navigate different stages of parenting, and what to do when you don’t agree on the right approach can feel impossible.
