I have worked for both non-profit and government sectors, specializing in addiction treatment, justice system involvement/criminal activity, humanitarian work, youth issues and supporting survivors of many forms of trauma.
However, I am here to help with any of life's frustrations; as big or small as they may seem.
My therapeutic style is predominately laid back, honest, and calm. I try to keep sessions as light (but directive!) as possible, even when we are dealing with heavy stuff. I believe mental health is only one part of a holistic system of wellbeing and will support you to build up all areas of life you may want improvement in.
