Kima Connections Counselling offers safe, supportive, trauma-sensitive counselling services in Manitoba. I practice from a trauma-sensitive, strength-based approach utilizing the principles of ACT and DBT with a Narrative Therapy framework. I am a trained EMDR psychotherapist and certified as a Clinical Trauma and Resilience Practitioner.
Healing occurs within relationship with others. I provide guidance and support in an anti-oppressive, mindfulness practices that supports you to feel safe and prepared to discover your strengths.
