I work with children, teens, adults, and families who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in difficult patterns at home, in relationships, or within themselves. Many parents come to me worried about their child’s emotions, behaviour, or ability to cope. I provide compassionate, attachment-focused and trauma-informed counselling that helps clients better understand themselves, build emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, and move toward greater connection, confidence, and balance.
I offer counselling for anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, parenting challenges, relationship concerns, and neurodiversity-related needs. I integrate attachment-focused, experiential, and trauma-informed approaches to support children, teens, adults, and families in feeling more connected, supported, and understood.
