Daughters Daring to Heal (A 6 week online group)
Inspired by the book, “Mother Hunger” by Kelly McDaniel, you will explore what mother hunger is, how these attachment injuries impacted you, and ways to heal from them. By reading the book and through creative and reflective assignments, you will learn about attachment, trauma and understand what your needs as a young girl were, that may not have been met by the maternal figure in your life. In building community, sharing your experiences, and reflecting on these events, you will be able to bring soothing and healing to some of these deep seated wounds.

Reclaiming and Rejoicing In Your Life
Using Louise Hay's best selling book and art journaling, "You Can Heal Your Life", you will explore ways you are holding yourself back from healing, and living your most joyful, abundant life. There are many ways we have accepted old, harsh beliefs and allowed them to determine the outcome of our lives. This group will explore ways we seek approval of others and why, the feeling of not being good enough, and look at our painful relationships. Louise Hay believed our physical aches and pains spoke about our emotional pain, and that will be explored as well.

Moving From Codependence to Independence
Using Melody Beattie's book "Codependent No More" as inspiration, this 7 week therapy process group will explore the characteristics of codependency, such as caretaking, low self-worth, anger, denial, weak boundaries and poor communication. We will also look at how to change your communication skills, what's stopping you from setting clear boundaries and how to detach in healthy ways.
