I work primarily from a CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) framework, while integrating trauma-informed, strengths-based, and client-centered approaches. This allows me to tailor our sessions to your unique needs—helping you build coping skills, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and move toward a life that feels more grounded and meaningful.
