As a Registered Provisional Psychologist, I help clients create lasting change by supporting the healing of experiences that shape emotional and relational patterns. My approach is trauma-informed and holistic, recognizing that distress often reflects unresolved life events that impact sense of self and the nervous system. I work with adults navigating complex and acute traumas, anxiety, self-esteem, relationships, divorce, step-parenting/co-parenting, and life transitions. I also have advanced training for recovery from injury, TBI, concussions, chronic illness and chronic pain.
I specialize in brain- and nervous-system-based approaches including the Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM), EMDR, IFS, EFT, DBT, somatic and polyvagal therapies, and attachment-based healing. These approaches go deeper than talk therapy by helping resolve stored traumatic material and strengthening emotional regulation and resilience.
My work is grounded in safety, compassion, and collaboration. I strive to create an environment that is supportive, non-judgmental, and attuned to each client’s needs. I help clients move beyond coping by strengthening nervous-system stability, improving relationships, and building the capacity for clarity, connection, and meaningful change.
