I am a skilled and compassionate Registered Psychologist that enjoys working with people ages 13 and up. Life is filled with many challenges and opportunities for positive change and growth. I enjoy walking beside my client while they explore these opportunities. I help with concerns including anxiety, trauma, PTSD, life transitions/stressors, and depression. I am identity affirming with all.
In the first session I get to know my client and find out their counselling hopes. I use interventions based on my education/experience. This includes body centered strategies, CBT and EMDR with a client-centered foundation. I have advanced EMDR training in complex trauma, PTSD and addictions. I have training and experience in providing gender affirming care
I love and am passionate about empowering others to discover their direction. I am continuously honoured to share growth journeys with my clients. I truly love what I do.
