Working with a trauma-informed and holistic perspective, some of the tools and techniques I might use to support you could come from Somatic Experiencing (SE), Trauma Integrating Flow Therapy (TIFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, Relationally Focused Trauma Therapy, & The Gottman Method
