Everybody needs some extra support at times to work through the problems, hurdles, challenges, and chaos that we encounter. I have a strong interest in working with adults who are experiencing relationship breakdown of all sorts, including issues related to addiction, the effects of addiction, infidelity, relationships, difficult childhoods, dysfunctional families of origin, & the impact of past hurts and coping patterns. I also welcome the opportunity to work with individuals who are struggling with mental health concerns, including symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress, and burnout.
Relationships are a crucial component of health & happiness, and my passion involves helping people develop better connections with others as well as with themselves. Counselling can provide you with a safe space to explore thoughts and emotions while creating a deeper understanding of who you are, what you need, and the dynamics that you're navigating.
Whether you've received therapy before or this is the first time you're considering it, I believe that everyone has the ability to grow, heal, and feel better. Moving from chaos to balance can happen, and I'm here to provide assistance and support.
