With years of experience and training as a level three Internal Family Systems therapist, I am equipped to help you navigate the complexities of your unique journey.
My approach is centered around the Internal Family Systems model, which views the mind as a system of different parts. Together, we will work to understand and develop a relationship with these parts, uncovering their positive intentions and finding healthier ways for them to fulfill their roles.
