I have over 30+ years of experience working in hospitals, Indigenous Communities, NB Extramural Hospital and local hospitals as a registered social worker. I use narrative therapy in my counselling practice and invite you to tell your story in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space. I will gladly meet with you virtually or in my home office, where parking is free.
I specialize in older adults and their families, to help find solutions to concerns, navigate life transitions, adjust to chronic health changes, loneliness, relationship concerns, and working through trauma.
I have a Bachelor of Arts Major in Psychology, Bachelor of Social Work and recently Master in Health Social Work. I have been trained in Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, CAMS training and Narrative Therapy. I enjoy working with individuals and couples, especially around life transitions.
