Are you feeling stuck in feelings or patterns that don’t make sense to you? Are you struggling with relationships feeling unfulfilling, or conflict you wish you could change? I specialize in helping people with difficult childhoods, trauma, attachment wounds and neurodivergence move into a more present, regulated and fulfilling place. Our work will be tailored to your personal needs, and we can sprinkle in some humour as needed!

I work with Attachment, Anxiety, Depression, Complex PTSD and PTSD, and Neurodivergence in an integrative and holistic manner. I use Internal Family Systems (IFS, level 2 trained), Self-Compassion, Attachment theory, neurodivergence affirming, & nervous system-based approaches to explore your past, develop strengths and gain clarity, confidence and growth.
