I'm a Registered Psychotherapist with over 30 years' experience working with people of all ages around a wide range of issues. I have a particular interest in working with clients who are challenged by anxiety, interpersonal trauma, sexual health, and life transitions. While my practice is informed by literature, research and ongoing professional training, I believe that you are the expert on your life and as a result, our sessions will be tailored to your specific needs, values and strengths.
My goal is to be curious and ask questions that help you gain clarity and identify solutions. That often means reacquainting oneself with values and beliefs or reinforcing a particular skill set. I strive to be respectful, curious, empathic, and collaborative, involving your supports as necessary.
