About
I offer person-centered, attachment-based counselling services in order to assist with relationship enhancement, personal growth, healing, awareness and emotional understanding. I offer compassionate, confidential counselling sessions and have experience working with individuals and couples in the following areas: ~Stress, anxiety and depression~Relationship concerns~Grief and loss~Physical and sexual abuse~Self-esteem concerns~Anger management ~Parenting/co-parenting concerns~Separation and divorce~Pre-marital education.
I work from a family systems perspective and use a variety of therapeutic modalities including EFT, CBT, narrative therapy and mindfulness. My role is to assist with the development of self-awareness, guide learning to express thoughts and feelings appropriately, problem solve, understand and change behaviours, and gain emotional understanding.
