Life gives us all kinds of challenges. Most of the time we get through things fairly well, but occasionally some of those challenges overwhelm us, such as financial stressors, career changes, burnout, disability, return-to-work processes, and family needs. Or maybe life has simply changed. Maybe you are a student faced with academic challenges or struggling with peer groups. Or maybe you are simply striving to take better care of yourself and engage in life more. This is life and we all are going through something. Counselling can be a caring and understanding space to explore what life has thrown at us.
While new to counselling, I have worked with individuals in both the financial and educational settings for over 30 years. I have always been passionate about working with people to find solutions to whatever challenges they are facing. My main areas of focus are depression, anxiety, life changes, grief and loss, and parent/child conflict.
Life is truly unpredictable. I get it. I am hear to listen. I am here to work through these moments with you. I am here to explore new possibilities with you.
