Feeling like you can’t keep living this way, but don’t know how to change? If that feels familiar, for you or your child, you’re not alone, and I’ve been there too. Therapy became a safe space for me, and now I work to offer that same space for my clients. I work with kids, teens, and adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or constantly hard on themselves. For kids and teens, this might look like big emotions, shutdowns, school struggles, or difficulty with focus and follow-through. For adults, it can show up as burnout, procrastination, overthinking, or feeling like you’re always falling behind, even when you’re trying your best.
If you’re facing challenges like ADHD, depression, anxiety, perfectionism, self-harm, low self-esteem, stress, trauma, or suicidal thoughts, we will be a great fit. Our sessions will be tailored to your needs, whether that means incorporating CBT, DBT, narrative, or trauma work. As a trained music therapist, we can also incorporate music and art.
