Hi, I'm Kim. I work with adults who are feeling overwhelmed or weighed down by pain from trauma, childhood wounds, depression, anxiety, or addiction. Many of the struggles we face are often rooted in old emotional wounds that haven't yet had the chance to heal. You may have learned to survive by burying your pain or pushing through it, but deep down, the parts of you carrying hurt are still longing to be seen, understood, and cared for. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where all parts of you are welcome, heard, and seen.
I draw from the models Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy and Internal Family Systems, which explore and honor deep emotional layers. These approaches gently guide us to connect with wounded places within and bring healing not by forcing change, but by offering understanding and care. The result is an internal and external security and well-being.
My ability to sit with people in their pain doesn’t come from textbooks, it comes from lived experience. I've walked my own hard roads, and I carry deep respect for the courage it takes to begin healing. You don’t have to do it alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you. You are not broken.
