Using a holistic approach and drawing upon a variety of different forms of therapy, I work collaboratively with individuals and couples to address present intrapersonal and interpersonal issues and to heal unresolved relational traumas or ruptures that when untreated can often manifest in other symptoms like anxiety and depression.
Specific issues that I work with include anxiety, depression, attachment, unresolved relational issues, self esteem, and personal growth.
