Sometimes the ways we learned to cope stop working. You may be questioning your relationship with substances, carrying the effects of a narcissistic or emotionally immature parent, or reaching midlife and wondering, What do I actually want now? Old roles and relationships may no longer fit. My style is warm, curious, and honest. Together, we look beneath the patterns that keep showing up, paying attention to relationships, the body, and the parts of yourself you may have learned to ignore. I offer reflection and gentle challenge, with room to not know yet. Your care is identity affirming and neurodiverse affirming.

I believe our inner world has something to tell us. Dreams, images, memories, and art can take us places words sometimes cannot. As an art therapist, I may bring art-making and dream work into therapy when it feels useful. I also work with couples and families. My approach draws from EFT, Art Therapy, EMDR, Gottman, Somatic Therapy, DBT, ACT & IFS.

There is something powerful about being deeply listened to and having a place where all of you belongs. Therapy can be that place a space to hear yourself more clearly, perhaps in ways you haven’t before. If you’re looking for that kind of connection, I’d be honoured to meet you there.

Fees are reasonable and $180.00/session. Intakes are 1.15 to 1.30 hours, and are billed based on time. I accept e-transfers, & offer a few spots for sliding scale options. I can direct bill with Blue Cross. and welcome Veterans/First Responders. I also am registered with Sunlife.
