First and foremost, I am here to listen and better understand your story. It is my privilege to walk with clients on a journey of knowledge and transformation. The building blocks for deep meaningful change only come when there is a strong connection and safe space built. It is my goal to create an environment that makes you feel comfortable. I am interested in your story and better understanding your strengths. Life can be messy and there isn't always a clear answer of where to start. I'm happy to work with you in hopes of bring some clarity and control over your life so you can live to your fullest potential.
I work from a non-judgmental, strength based and creative approach. I have training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Trauma-Informed approaches and Music Therapy.
