Are you going through big life changes, and feeling the overwhelm and instability that comes with it? This could include life transitions like the perinatal period, parenting changes, divorce/separation, or perimenopause. Big change can bring up so much complexity, but you don't have to navigate it alone. If you are feeling stuck or struggling, I can relate, and I can help! I'm a client centred therapist, meaning we'll start by building the relationship and collaborating on your goals, then getting you on a path to reaching them. I also work with people experiencing anxiety, PMDD, loneliness, and job stress.
In addition to life transitions, I support people experiencing trauma, including PTSD related concerns. I am an EMDR trained clinician and use EMDR and other trauma-informed approaches into my work. We can explore how best to support you, depending on your experiences and goals. I also offer nature based walk and talk therapy, based in Guelph, ON.
