Welcome. I work with individuals and couples. I look to first create an environment where you feel comfortable in exploring what may be happening for you. It is not uncommon to feel stuck or feel uncertain of what you want from life. I look to explore areas of self to support you in cultivating self-value and attaining your hopes. As a relational therapist, I understand the importance of relationships. At times, you may be caught in patterns that create challenges for the level of connection or intimacy you desire, and I hope to support you in exploring new dynamics.
We are all deserving of care and support. In my work I take an anti-oppressive and trauma-informed approach. I hold space for ways in which systems of oppression influence individual lives and explore these through a client-centered and strength-based approach.
I hold the belief that we all have the inherent capacity to move through the challenges we face. I look to create a collaborative space where I encourage self-compassion, while also inviting changes to assist you in living your life genuinely and freely.
